Some problems have been reported using Adobe (ex Macromedia) Flash downloads with IE7 and
later versions of Firefox - see ActiveX controls versus Plug-ins.
A reported workaround is to download a Flash Uninstaller to completely remove the existing
version of Flash, before re-installing Flash from Adobe.
